HAS A LARGE COLLECTION OF BOOKS FOR RESEARCHING
INCLUDING COURT RECORDS
Through the efforts of the Guernsey County Commissioners, Common Pleas Court, Probate Court, and our Genealogy Society the research library has grown by leaps and bounds with court dockets.
If you have not visited the library lately I really think you are missing a great opportunity for filling in the missing pieces of your Guernsey County ancestors.
We feel certain some of these dockets have not been seen for quite some time. However, we are very lucky thay have been placed in the care of our local genealogical society.
We do not want any one to miss out on these resources, so they all will be listed below, hopefully you can find something to light a small (or large) spark in your genealogy.
Please write or visit the library. There is nothing like finding the huge piece of the puzzle you have been searching for ages.
