1 onion finely chopped

2 pieces garlic finely chopped/or to your taste

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 package Gardein crumbles

1/4 to 1/2 cup veggie broth

1 extra large jar Classico Tomato & Basil pasta sauce/or two 24 oz jars

1 box spaghetti


In saucepan, add oil, onion and garlic; saute for a couple of minutes

Add crumbles with a little veggie broth and stir crumbles until cooked (continue adding a little veggie broth to keep from sticking to pan.)

Add pasta sauce and heat.  (I cook my sauce for an hour on low heat so flavors blend)

Add salt and pepper to taste

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain

Toss spaghetti with pasta mixture.  ( I put pasta sauce over my spaghetti on each plate)
