Broccoli Cream Soup

8 oz.  broccoli chopped

1 Tablespoon vegan butter

1 cup chopped onions

2 garlic cloves minced up

Melt butter add onions and garlic over medium heat cook until onions are translucent

Set aside

In large pan add

4 tablespoons melted vegan butter

¼ cup flour

Mix good

2 cups almond milk Add slowly to blend in

Then add 2 cups veggie broth

Add salt and pepper to taste

Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.

Add vegan cheese  if desired

Mix in Onions and garlic

You also can add precooked drained noodles as much as desired or potato cubes if you want it to be potato soup
