Vegan Homemade Veggie Soup

2 celery sticks diced

2 carrots diced

1 green pepper diced

1 large onion diced

3 medium potatoes diced

1 can green beans

1 can corn

1 can cannellini beans

1 can tomato soup 14.3 oz or 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

3 teaspoons garlic or three cloves minced

1 ½ teaspoons basil

1 ½ teaspoons oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground pepper

3 cups of veggie broth or more if you want it juicy…

Cook on med heat for about a half hour  then turn down heat to low and continue cooking so all spices blend and veggies get done…  Be sure and stir every once in a while…
